I assist with outreach events for anyone who is interested in learning about shellfish restoration efforts. I help create the milk crates used to hold spat. Once the growing season comes to an end, I help deploy all the shellfish onto our oyster reefs via SCUBA diving. Additionally, I educate the public on how shellfish positively impact the environmental world.
